Summer 2018

In her role at Gallup, Meg has been awarded Gallup's Rising Star Award as of June 2018.

She develops solutions in the human capital space for F100 companies around employee engagement, change management, talent development, and organizational culture. Serves as account lead for multiple clients in various industries. Leads design and implementation of both standard and custom survey focused on assessing characteristics of firms. Conducted and synthesized both qualitative and quantitative research for data-driven recommendations for executive stakeholders.
